Refunds are applicable only for products purchased directly from Nurrani Corp LLC.
To qualify, customers must submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Perishable goods such as fresh mangoes and honey once delivered.

• Opened or used packages of dry fruits or saffron.

• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• In their original packaging and unused condition.

• Shipped back within 3 business days after refund approval (if return is required).
  Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product issue was caused by us.
